Arrival time

First Language Europe agency is open from 10:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Make you sure that your arrival will be during the open time, so we can welcome you. If you arrive in the week end or after 17:00, you will pay £ 50,00 plus TVA, and for every hour you make us waiting take £ 25,00 more.

Mobile

Most part of our clients continue to use their own mobile phone for 2-3 weeks after being arrived in England. Many people active a international promotion on his mobile, but it is expensive anyway. The best choice would be unblock your own mobile phone from any contract, and buy in England a new SIM card. In this way you will safe the triple of money and be contactable at any time.

Every estate agency in London requires a deposit in advance to reserve the accommodation. That will be given to the land Lord. Deposit never is assigned to the agency.

When you have already deposited money into the account, it will be deducted from the rent amount just you arrive in London. Normally it is of 2 weeks of rent. In case you change mind and delete the reservation, the Land Lord will have right to keep the deposit as compensation. Otherwise, if he doesn’t respect the agreement, you will have all deposit back.

Example of reserved room: (Rent per week £ 100,00) Rent per month £433,33 + caution £200,00 = £633,33

holding deposit (reservation) = 2 weeks or £200,00.

Total at the arrival in London: rent + caution £ 633,33 - deposit £ 200 = payment When you arrive to the agency in London £ 433,33.

Costs of transport in London

You must keep in consideration transport costs for plan your budget. The transports most used are bus and tube, but they are really expensive, and the tariff change on the basis of zones 1,2,3,4,5,6 and how long time you take to move to a place. (single, daily, weekly or monthly journey).
